Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cybervantageai.com and your purchase of CyberVantageAI services. They should be reviewed by legal counsel before relying on them. A separate service agreement confirmed during onboarding may apply and will control in case of conflict.
Services
CyberVantageAI provides managed cybersecurity services. The specific scope, supported environment, technology providers and security integrations are confirmed during onboarding. Some services are delivered through integrated security operations and technology partners.
Pricing and billing
CyberVantage Complete is billed monthly at $99 per user, subject to a $1,500 minimum monthly engagement. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with your service terms.
No guarantee
No security service can prevent every threat. CyberVantageAI does not guarantee that your systems will be free from breaches, incidents or loss, and does not guarantee regulatory compliance or certification unless a specific compliance service is contracted.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, appropriate access needed to deliver the services, and to coordinate with your IT team or IT provider on remediation actions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberVantageAI's liability is limited as set out in your service agreement.

Service terms, including term length and cancellation, are confirmed during onboarding. Contact us if you have specific procurement or contract requirements.
